All orders will take approximately 24 - 48 business hours to process and prepare for shipping.
Please also be reminded that when the order has been shipped, you should receive it in approximately 3-6 weeks depending on what country you are located in.
Once the order is shipped we will notify you of this and provide a tracking # that will be active within 5-10 business days for you to follow up on.
Once the order has been delivered (as stated by our tracking system) we will send one last email to inform you of this. Please note that if you have not received the order as per the notification email and/or tracking system, you need to notify us immediately by email, and within 7 days of the notification email and/or tracking system so we can resolve the issue as per our refund policy.
Any failure to notify us at email@example.com within the 7 days of the order being received by the customer, as stated above and in the refund policy, will be deemed that the order was received in working condition, and free from any defects.
